VINO - Visual Northkeeping

The Visual Northkeeping project (VINO) aims at developing a visual gyroscope for use in outdoor environments. The hardware used for the visual gyroscope is an industrial camera with a fish-eye lens. The software computes the camera orientation based on the images which are acquired with the camera.
